What’s the design process?

Upon registration and payment, you will receive a simple web form to help guide the design process of your logo and website. This collaborative process between your vision and our expertise will help ensure we get everything just right.

For your logo design, we will design 2 initial concepts based on your design form answers, then make revisions to the one you select until it is finalized.

How long does it take to go live?

It can take as little as 5 business days from the time we receive your completed design from to go live. However, it’s a collaborative effort, and content creation, requests for modifications or other factors can extend this runway. Most clients are able to go live in within around 2 weeks of submitting their design form.

Who owns the designed content and data?

You do. Although we’d love for you to stay with us forever, if you ever decide to go somewhere else, you can take all of the content and data.

What if I already have a logo or website?

We can use your existing logo or website as references for the new ones. We will also develop additional relevant content for your website as needed.

How do domains work?

If you do not have an existing website, you can purchase a new domain from sites like Network Solutions or Go Daddy. Prices for domains vary and can start from as low as $20 for two years.

If you have an existing website, it will need to be provisioned ito work with your new website. This is done through settings with your domain registrar (like Go Daddy). We can help you configure those settings if you need, however, most clients are able to edit the settings on their own pretty easily. We will provide you with the required settings.
