HOW DO I TRACK MY APPOINTMENT?

You can track your appointment (both on the Site and on the App) from the “Track Services” page using the phone number and zip code that the vendor has on file for your service.

CAN ANYONE SEE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

No “PII” (Personally Identifying Information) like your name, address, contact or purchase information is ever published on the Sites, nor is it ever disclosed or sold to anyone. Please refer to our Privacy page for more information.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY APPOINTMENT?

Make sure you are using the phone number and zip code that your vendor has on file for your service.

If you are using the correct phone number and zip code, the vendor may not have uploaded your appointment to the system yet. Try back in little while. 

If you still can’t find your appointment, for further information, or to make changes to your appointment, please contact your vendor directly.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

Any modifications, cancellations or rescheduling of services must be communicated directly to and with your vendor. Make sure to verify any associated costs with the vendor.

HOW DO I CONTACT A VENDOR?

Each vendor has their own profile page on Notice with their direct contact information. Click on “Vendor Directory” from the menu for a list of vendors.

HOW DO I RESOLVE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES?

Customer service issues regarding any purchased goods and services should be directed to the vendor from which they were purchased.

Customer service or support issues regarding using the Sites should be submitted to us by clicking on “Contact” from the main menu.

ACCURACY OF TRACKING INFORMATION

Notice relies on timely updates from vendors to relay accurate tracking information to consumers on our Sites.

We, and all of our partner vendors always strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-the-minute tracking information on the Sites.

However, please be advised that human error as well as data connectivity issues can affect the accuracy of tracking information reported on the Sites.

CONFRIMING, MODIFYING, CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING YOUR SERVICES

Notice is a technology platform for vendors to communicate arrival information of scheduled service appointments to their customers.

Always contact your vendor directly regarding any issues related to confirming, modifying, canceling and rescheduling your services to confirm availability and any associated costs thereof.

Notice does not sell or endorse the services of the vendors on the platform. Please refer to your sales agreement with the vendor as well as our Terms for more information and limitations of liability.

STATUSES

Scheduled:
The appointment has been scheduled and added to the system by the vendor.
In Queue:
The appointment is currently in queue for service today.
Next In Queue:
The appointment is currently the next job in queue for service.
In Route:
A vendor staff member is currently on their way to the service location. A real-time “ETA” (estimated time of arrival) will be provided on the “Status” page of appointments with an “In Route” status.
Arrived:
A vendor’s staff member has arrived at the service location. Direct contact information will be provided on the “Status” page of the appointment (on the App only).
Completed:
A scheduled appointment has been completed.
Cancelled:
A scheduled appointment has been cancelled. For more information on cancellations, please contact your vendor directly.

Click on “Vendor Directory” from the main menu to find your vendor’s contact information.

TRENDING

Unforeseen factors can affect scheduled appointment times. 

“Trending” refers to how a scheduled appointment is currently trending in relation to its originally scheduled time slot.

This information is updated in real-time, and is intended to allow consumers to optimally manage their wait times.

On Time:
Arrival for the appointment is trending on time (within the allotted time slot).
Late by (XX mins):
Arrival for the appointment is trending late by (estimated time).
Early by (XX mins):
Arrival for the appointment is trending early by (estimated time).
